How does it work?
Place your order
Place a pick-up request on the DipDap app by downloading our app on the Appstore or Play Store. However, if you’re feeling a little lazy today, you can also place a quick request via Call or drop us a message on WhatsApp. However, we encourage you to download the app to make your life simple
We pick-up
Once you place a request, we will do our best to pick-up your laundry as per your scheduled time.
Don’t worry if you don’t want to meet us in person, you don’t have to. All you need to do instead, is place your laundry at your doorstep marking on the DipDap bag the service required (“press only”, “clean and press”, “wash & fold bag”)
If it’s your first order, that means you won’t have our bags. Don’t worry you can simply put the clothes in any bag and label it with a pen/marker. Or you can just meet our Dapper (“Delivery Agent”) in-person to hand over your clothes and to explain your requirements to them.
